Fixture changes - Pompey v Chelski, Manyoo & Spurs

Sky Sports have confirmed their live scheduling up until the end of November, with Pompey featured on the box 3 times - sadly this means 3 Saturday 3pm kick offs lost, with all 3 no longer taking part on Saturday full stop...

The first change is our season opener away at Chelski. This was meant to be on the opening day of the season, Saturday 16th August but will now be played on the Sunday with a 1.30pm kick off time.

Our opening game of the 2008/09 season at Fratton against Manyoo will now no longer take place on Saturday 23rd August, this has been moved to Monday 25th, kicking off at 8pm.

Our final scheduled game on the box, as far as sky sports is concerned at present - maybe this can change? - up until the end of November is our game against Spurs, also at Fratton. This will move from Saturday 28th September to the Sunday with a 1.30pm kick off.

So there we have it, these are the 3 changes to our schedule as far as sky sports is concerned, others will change due to our uefa cup involvement - with Stoke already confirmed as having moved from Saturday 4th to Sunday 5th October due to this. We now await the announcement of setanta sports...
