Places still up for grabs!

Places still up for grabs!

Harry Redknapp has told Radio Solent that he is still undecided about his final starting 11 for the FA cup final this weekend: 'There's lots of options in midfield, people like Pedro and Sean Davis are pushing for a start.

'Up front David Nugent is also pushing for a starting place, along with Milan Baros and Kanu.'

You would hope that places are still up for grabs, and people like Mendes and Davis certainly deserve consideration but I would be amazed if Papa Bouba Diop and Sulley Muntari did not return...

Up front, well to be honest I would not really have much faith in anyone scoring as in all honesty no one does! Kanu is almost certain to get the nod though isn't he?

Harry has indicated he will play 2 up front, maybe Nugent is line? Baros hasn't cut it, Diarra is a shoe-in and I feel Utaka has a big part to play

I'll bet on 4-5-1 with James, Johnson, Campbell, Distin, Hreidarsson, Utaka, Diop, Diarra, Muntari, Krancjar, Kanu - reserves being Ashdown, Pamarot, Davis, Baros, Nugent

Swap Diop for either Davis or Mendes and I reckon it's a fair old side. Mvuemba on the bench.

Whatever the line-up, what odds on Nugent getting the winner? I just feel it in my water?

i reckon craine, mendes, nugent should start as kanu is a waste of space and diop is supposed to be a monster and he is more like a fairy! Also campbell is to slow and ain't as good as he used to be .

i think this is a goodd move by Harry he had a oerformance related bonus aand complacency has cost him, so i think the gee up is reaaly a good thing...oh and i would ban Diop from ever shooting ... so probably PBD to get the winner then
