Pompey competition update #34

Vital Fantasy Football - 'Pompey mini league'

Again there was no change in the Vital Fantasy Football 'Pompey mini league' this week as Crazy Cats retained top spot for a 3rd week running on 1275pts in total. The Pompey Chimes stayed in 2nd, also for a 3rd week with 1236pts in total, leaving maradona_kebab in 3rd for a 5th game running on 1230pts in total.

Crazy Cats, The Pompey Chimes and maradona_kebab and are all in the top 50 of over 4900 entries overall - in 7th, 32nd and 42nd places respectively - congratulations fellas.

I know it is a bit late in the day now but you can still enter a team by going to www.vitalfantasyfootball.co.uk. If you do, also get yourself into the mini league to by using these details.

Again I stayed in 9th spot in the Pompey mini league, but I dropped one place from 531st - 532nd place overall.

'Pompey predictions league'

Shocking, simply shocking is all I can say about the Pompey Predictions League for the Citeh game...

Only Chix gained any points this week, his 2pts being for correctly predicting John Utaka would score.

This meant no change full stop, let alone in the top 3 as steaming remained top for a 5th game running, remaining on 83pts overall. Pompeyrug retained 2nd spot, also for a 5th game running, staying on 74pts overall. Chix kept 3rd spot for a 12th game running, but his 2pts took him onto 70pts in total.

The season may be drawing to a close now, but if you missed out on predicting for the Citeh game, as well as any others it is never too late - just start with your predictions for the next with Blackburn on Sunday. So if you have not already made your predictions on this game with Blackburn do it here.
