Cup final - coach travel information

Pompey have released details of how you can book yourself onto coach travel for the FA cup final. This is the information the Pompey Site is giving.

==========

Pompey fans can book coach travel to the FA Cup final against Cardiff at Wembley on Saturday, May 17 through Ticketmaster when they purchase their match tickets.
Ticketmaster can be contacted on 0844 847 1898.

Alternatively, National Express will be running services departing from Clarence Pier (9.40am), The Hard Interchange (9.55am) and Fareham Bus Station (10.10am), arriving at Wembley at 12.30pm.

New services have also been introduced from Havant (9.45am), Cosham (9.55am), Waterlooville (10.05am) and Horndean (10.10am).

Coaches will depart the stadium for the return journey at 5.45pm. Adult return costs £26, child return costs £13.

To book a seat call 08717 818181 (£1 booking fee applies), visit any National Express outlet or click here to book online.

==========

As with the information regarding ticket allocation it has been left as announced on the Pompey Site.

I have no doubt that plenty of us from this site will be using coach travel to make our way to Wembley again - who did use this last time for the semi final and will you be doing it again this time round?

If you wanna queue @ 5am for a coach which is expected to leave at 6am but doesn't actually leave until 7am and if you wanna sit on a coach with the prawn sandwich brigade without any colours on and who don't know know the words to Play up Pompey and it you wanna arrive at Wembley at 9:30 but not be allowed to get off the coach until 10:15 and if you wanna leave 20 minutes after the final whistle then the coach is for you ..... For the final, I'll be going by train !

Yeah it was awful... sixteen of us in one party on one coach and by the look of the other people (some dressed in suits... seriously) you'd have thought we had invaded their days shopping expedition to blackwater..... One bloke even tutted when one of the kids put on a blue & white wig ! - How I kept my mouth shut I'll never know ... anyway as I said it's the train for the final and then hopefully we can seek out our own kind.. the kind that actually go to watch Pompey throughout the season

What do we hope for from the rest of the season?

There seems to be a lot of unhappiness around, despite a pretty decent season in my opinion. Well, certainly our best season in a long while.
