The Pompey Site have confirmed details of a charity match taking place at Fratton Park this Wednesday to raise funds for the Tom Prince Cancer Trust - details of which can be found below.

FRATTON PARK HOSTS CHARITY MATCH

On Wednesday there will be a charity match at Fratton Park to raise funds for the Rainbow Centre and the Tom Prince Cancer Trust, kick-off 6pm.

An ex-pro side will take on Denmead select side with tickets costing £5 at the Frogmore Road entrance.

Some of the players turning out for the ex-pros side will be: Alan Knight, Andy Awford, Shaun Gale, Paul Hardyman, Dave Waterman, Billy Gilbert, Vince Hilaire, Lee Bradbury, Paul Walsh, Paul Wood, Liam Daish, Robbie Pethick and Mark Kelly with more still to be confirmed.

The game will be officiated by Premier League referee Rob Styles.

its a really good cause guys so if you can make it please do - if i lived, or was even visiting pompey at this time - i would go without doubt...
